The wait time at the airport is too long. Had a membership here, so used them a lot for a couple of months. Average wait time was over 25 minutes (for a place 8 minutes drive away.) They wait until they have a packed bus before sending it. (Tonight I watched 5 Andrew’s Airport Parking buses come and go whilst waiting. 5!) And the on airport ‘Value’ parking is cheaper! Look elsewhere.
We had a good experience with A1 during the christmas break. The drop off was fast, the drop off location is visible and the pick up was fast as well. Overall, we had a smooth experience with them. Will definitely use them again on our next trip.
Who cares attitude
I have used A1 parking quite a few time and I was a loyal customer
But my recent experience has change all that To my best of knowledge when I drop off the vechicle it was all in good order .
Return back from holidays I was picked up by their shuttle vechicle from the airport to A1 parking office
When arrived to their office I given my car key in awful hurry some reason with no word of anything which seem very strange me. Travelling my journey back home my car driver window was wind down as put down by car parking attended when first picked up vehicle. Since there signs of rain I tried my window to movre it up it appear to jammed fully opened so no way of putting it up This were my problem starts with A1 parking they should of advise me before give my keys to my vechicle that I had something wrong the vechicle rather than finding hard way I contacted the office and I was advised the manager will call me back but this did not happen eventually I called the A1 parking office myself again only to given a who cares attitude
In conclusion A1 parking since your vechicle is parked in close radius to the site office (possible to maximum 2 minutes drive) they should be only touching your driver mirror adjusting and seat adjustments then try avoiding touching anything else yes they care about to taking your money yes they care
External part of vechicle fresh car damage ( as they quote bumper to bumper apart from that who cares attitude they damage to internally in your vehicle, who cares
attitude they leave in stranded in a uncomfortable situation who cares if you are loyal customer who cares attitude to ??????
So seriously will give A1 parking a go with this sort of attitude
Great people. Quick picks ups and drop offs.
We have used A1 a few times over the past 3 years. Check-in is smooth and the shuttle bus is always ready to depart. When we return we usually don't have to wait for a shuttle bus and our car is waiting for us just outside the office. Very efficient & friendly service every time.
Associated with JetPort Parking. JetPort management were abusive and aggressive. Damaged my car. When approached, told me to never park with them again. Full story and evidence of abuse under the JetPort parking google review
